General Terms and Conditions for ClubS1.net

The subject of this document is the use of the ClubS1.net website (hereinafter referred to as the **“Website“**). These General Terms and Conditions represent a **CONTRACT** between you and **KLUB SPEED PRINT OOD** (Club Speed Print Ltd.), by which you are granted the right to use the Website’s **SERVICES** for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to the conditions detailed below.

By registering and accessing the **Website**, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and all subsequent changes thereto, and you undertake to comply with them. In case you do not agree with all the General Terms and Conditions below, please do not use this **Website**. **KLUB SPEED PRINT OOD** (the **“Publisher“**) has exclusive rights to the **“Website“** and the **“Publisher“** alone has the right to modify and/or amend these General Terms and Conditions.

The **TERMS** may be updated at any time without special notification to the **USERS**. ClubS1.net is not liable if the **USER** has not read the latest version of these **TERMS**. The latest version of the **TERMS** can be viewed at any time here.

I. Basic Concepts

For the interpretation and application of these General Terms and Conditions, the terms and expressions listed below have the following meaning:

1. **“User“**: Any natural person who uses any of the services on the **Website**.
2. **“Proprietary Content“** of **KLUB SPEED PRINT OOD**: Includes all texts, graphics, photos, logos, as well as combinations thereof, published on the website **www.clubs1.net** and/or in the digital versions of the respective publications by the **Publisher**’s employees.
3. **“Other Content“**: Any information published on **www.clubs1.net** by the **Users**.

II. Description of Services

5. The **USER** understands and accepts the circumstance that the **SERVICES** are provided **“as is“** and that ClubS1.net bears no responsibility for:
   • The timeliness, deletion, inability to deliver or save personal settings or communications of the **user**.
   • Damages caused, lost profits and other harms resulting after, as a result of, or due to the use (or inability to use due to technical problems, maintenance, administrator decisions, etc.) of the **SERVICES**.
6. To use the **SERVICES**, the **USER** must obtain access to the World Wide Web directly or through other devices that have access to Web-based content. In addition, the **USER** must secure all equipment necessary for access to the World Wide Web, including a computer, modem, or other means of accessing the Internet network. ClubS1.net only provides the **SERVICES** and is not responsible for any interruptions or technical problems hindering the use of the **SERVICES** resulting from the operation of the computer equipment by the **USER**.
7. All **intellectual property rights** over the **Proprietary Content** of the **Website** are subject to protection under the **Copyright and Related Rights Act**, and their unauthorized use constitutes a violation of the law and entails civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the current Bulgarian legislation.
8. **Klub Speed Print Ltd.** provides **Users** of the **ClubS1.net** website with access to **paid services** against corresponding fees. The terms of use for paid services can be viewed here.

III. User Obligations Upon Registration

9. In view of the use of the **SERVICES** of **ClubS1.net**, the **USER** agrees to:
   • When filling out the registration form, provide truthful, accurate, up-to-date, and complete information about themselves (hereinafter collectively referred to as **PERSONAL DATA**).
   • To make changes to this **PERSONAL DATA** as needed to ensure its truthfulness, accuracy, topicality, and completeness.
10. In the event that the **USER** provides false, inaccurate, out-of-date, or incomplete information, **ClubS1.net** has the right to close and/or delete the information without special notification and to deny them further access to part or all of its **SERVICES**.
11. In view of the security and protection of the privacy of its **USERS**, **ClubS1.net** informs parents that the **SERVICES** are provided to the widest audience and that determining the appropriate **SERVICES** for use by their children is their responsibility.

IV. Personal Data Protection. Confidentiality Policy

12. **KLUB SPEED PRINT OOD** is registered in the **“Register for the Administration of Personal Data and the Registers Maintained by Them,“** in accordance with the **Personal Data Protection Act**.
13. By accepting these **Terms**, **USERS** who have registered a username and password explicitly agree that the **PERSONAL DATA** provided by them may be processed by **ClubS1.net** electronically – in case of a requested delivery of goods or services and if assistance from a **ClubS1.net** employee is needed.
14. All **DATA** voluntarily provided by the **USER** as well as other **DATA** that identifies them in the process of using the **SERVICES** are stored, processed, and used by **ClubS1.net** for the purpose of supporting certain functionalities of the provided **SERVICE** or **ADVERTISING**.
15. **ClubS1.net** explicitly informs the **USER** that it has not authorized persons who may receive the **USER**’s **PERSONAL DATA** for advertising or any other purposes without the **USER**’s consent.
16. **ClubS1.net** reserves the right to use the **USERS**’ **IP addresses** to disclose their identity in cases where this is necessary for the implementation of the law, legal procedures, or to comply with these terms.
17. The personal correspondence of users is strictly confidential and will not be violated, altered, or read without the explicit consent and/or instruction of the **user**.
18. **ClubS1.net** has the right (but not the obligation) to install **cookies** on the **USER**’s computer or other end device – small text files saved by a Website via an Internet Server on the **USER**’s hard drive, which enable the retrieval of information about the **USER**. V. Access, Username and Password, Security

19. The **USER** receives their desired **USERNAME** (if it is available) and **PASSWORD** for access to all **ClubS1.net SERVICES** after completing the registration process.
20. The **USER** is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the received **USERNAME** and **PASSWORD** and is entirely responsible for all activities accessed with their **USERNAME** and **PASSWORD**.
21. The **USER** agrees to immediately notify **ClubS1.net** of any unauthorized use of their **USERNAME** and **PASSWORD** or any other security breach. They also agree to terminate access to the **SERVICES** (Log out) at the end of each session.
22. In case of loss (forgetting) of the **PASSWORD**, **ClubS1.net** offers an option for password recovery for the account upon correct entry by the **USER** of the email address associated with the account during registration.

VI. User Conduct

23. **USERS** of the **SERVICES** understand that the information, data, published opinions, text, software, music, sound, photos, or any other materials (hereinafter collectively referred to as „**CONTENT**“) are the sole responsibility of the person who generated that **CONTENT**.
24. The **USER** is entirely responsible for the **CONTENT** sent by email or otherwise distributed through **ClubS1.net**’s **SERVICES**. **ClubS1.net** does not control the **CONTENT** and therefore does not guarantee its accuracy, integrity, truthfulness, or character.
25. By using the **Services**, the **USER** may encounter **CONTENT** that is offensive, indecent, or unacceptable in nature. Under no circumstances shall **ClubS1.net** be liable for any **CONTENT** created by the **USERS**.
26. The **USER** agrees to comply with the rules for writing in the forum and comments under the news on the **Website**.
27. The **USER** agrees **NOT** to use the **SERVICES** of **ClubS1.net** to:
    • Formulate, send, publish, or distribute any **CONTENT** that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, injurious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, violating confidentiality, or unacceptable for racial, ethnic, or other reasons.
    • Cause harm to children in any way.
    • Impersonate a person or group of people (e.g., a representative of **ClubS1.net**) or otherwise mislead about their affiliation.
    • Forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifying means with the aim of concealing the origin of **Content**.
    • Formulate, send, publish, or distribute **CONTENT** they do not have the right to transmit (e.g., confidential information or information subject to non-disclosure agreements).
    • Formulate, send, publish, or distribute **CONTENT** that violates any commercial, patent, copyright, or other property right (**“RIGHTS“**) of any party.
    • Formulate, send, publish, or distribute unauthorized advertising materials, junk mail, **spam**, „chain letters,“ „pyramid schemes,“ or other forms of customer attraction.
    • Formulate, send, publish, or distribute materials containing **computer viruses** or other computer codes, files, or programs designed to interrupt or limit the functioning of computer equipment.
    • Violate the normal operation of other users of the **SERVICE**.
    • Interfere with the provision of the **SERVICES** or violate the operation of servers or networks.
    • Violate intentionally or unintentionally local, national, or international laws.
    • Persecute or in any way harass another **USER**.
    • Unlawfully collect and use **personal information** about other users.

VII. Other

28. **KLUB SPEED PRINT OOD** reserves the right to monitor and control the activity of **users** on the **Website**, as well as the right to edit or delete **Other Content** that the **Publisher** deems indecent, offensive, or violating these General Terms and Conditions.
29. **ClubS1.net** reserves the right to change the technology and design of the provided **SERVICES** without prior notice.
30. **ClubS1.net** reserves the right to send its users administrative messages and the corporate newsletter of **“Klub Speed Print“ OOD**, system messages related to new **SERVICES** or changes to the terms of use.
31. By registering on the **Website**, you give your consent to receive informational newsletters (electronic messages, SMS, etc.). **“Klub Speed Print“ OOD** will provide an opportunity to **opt-out** of receiving the specific informational newsletter in the future.
32. The **advertisers** are solely responsible for the content of all advertisements appearing on the **ClubS1.net website**.
33. **ClubS1.net** reserves the right to **delete** a username created by the **USER** if the latter has not been used for **12 months** and has no activity on the **Website**.
34. **ClubS1.net** does not guarantee that the flow of information will not be monitored and recorded by third parties, except in cases where **SSL** (encrypted connection) is used.

VIII. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions

35. The General Terms and Conditions may be **unilaterally changed** by **“Klub Speed Print“ OOD** due to periodic additions, modifications of the **services**, improvements, or legislative changes.
36. When making changes, **“Klub Speed Print“ OOD** informs the **USER** by publishing the changes on the **ClubS1.net** website, providing a **two-week period** to familiarize themselves with them.
37. These General Terms and Conditions, as well as future changes, apply to pre-existing registered **USERS** as of the date of their entry into force. Registered **USERS** have the opportunity to declare within the two-week term that they **reject the changes**. If a statement rejecting the changes is not received, the **USER** is considered bound by them. Rejection will lead to the **automatic termination** of the agreement and the right of **“Klub Speed Print“ OOD** to immediately suspend the **USER**’s access.
